Computer Analyst-Ssekakubo Grace:

Mr. Ssekakubo is the Computer Analyst at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Makerere University, where he has worked on full time basis since 2001. He holds a Master of Computer Science Degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from Makerere University. His MSc dissertation was on the topic, “eGovernance: On Enhancing Electronic Government Service Delivery in Uganda”. He Undertook a six week specialised training on “e-learning and policy development in higher institutions of learning” (Delft University of Technology NL, 2002). Grace has various certifications in the field of Information Technology and he also has excellent writing and communication skills. Currently, he is PhD candidate (Information Systems) and his research interests are in E-governances, E-commerce, and Modeling ICT adoption.

Grace is the IT Specialist on the Economic Policy Management Programme in Uganda, a programme funded by the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) and the World Bank Institute. He has also worked on various projects as a data analyst, using a wide range of statistical applications.
